For partner agencies in all international adoption cases:

Following Hague Convention Treaty regulations, MAPS must obtain a signed Partner Agreement with all of our collaborative agencies for all Convention cases. In an effort to maintain high standards for all international adoptions, we require the same Partner Agreement for non-Convention international adoption cases as well.
